Thank you for shopping with MRC Card Shop! We take pride in shipping orders quickly, safely, and securely to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition.

Processing Times

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours after payment is received.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day
  • High-volume release periods, major product drops, conventions, or holiday seasons may cause slight delays
  • Pre-order items ship once inventory is received and processed

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Secure Packaging

We understand how important collectible condition is to our customers. Every order is packaged with care using appropriate protective materials which may include:

  • Bubble mailers
  • Cardboard protection
  • Team bags
  • Sleeves/toploaders
  • Protective filler and padding
  • Reinforced shipping boxes for sealed product

Our goal is to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.

Shipping Methods

Shipping methods are selected based on:

  • Order size
  • Product type
  • Weight
  • Destination

Available shipping options may include:

  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • UPS
  • Other carrier services when applicable

Shipping speeds shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking scans after label creation.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.

MRC Card Shop is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered by customers
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout
  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

  • The customer is responsible for any reshipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Pre-Orders & Split Shipments

Orders containing pre-order items may be held until all items are available unless otherwise stated.

If you would like in-stock items shipped separately from pre-orders, separate orders may be required.

Pre-order release dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturer or distributor delays.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary depending on destination and product restrictions.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Duties
  • Import taxes
  • Any additional carrier fees imposed by their country

MRC Card Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the damaged items
  • Your order number

We will work with you and the carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
