What do loyalty points do? The loyalty points themselves don’t do anything–they cannot be redeemed for product. Instead, they allow customers to qualify for drops or in store purchases for some of our more popular products.
Drops: When a new set comes out and we have pre-orders for the set, we will create a new drop. Depending on how much product we have and depending on how many loyalty points an individual has, they may or may not qualify to be included in a drop. This method allows our more loyal customers to obtain product while helping limit bots and scalpers from getting any.
In person products/purchases: Going forward for in person, we will have product locked behind loyalty points. When we have our more popular products available, individuals will need to present their loyalty account. If they have enough quarterly/overall LP, then they will be allowed to purchase said product.

Our Loyalty Program is currently automated for all base transactions! Once you have created an account, your purchases will also be exchanged into points based on how much you spent! Every $1 spent = 1 loyalty point. The fastest way to obtain loyalty points is by buying our singles and supplies to earn up to 3x points!
Want to earn more points?! You can submit receipts manually and earn more points for the following categories:
1.5x points for every single card you buy
2x points for supplies and miscellaneous UNDER $25
3x points for supplies and miscellaneous OVER $25
To earn points this way, you must submit your receipt with the value that is redeemable. For example, if you spend $100 on a single card, you would take $100x1.5, then subtract that amount from the initial amount (150-100=50). You would then submit your receipt and the amount of "50". Submitting receipts this way will net you more points!
Sales are synced every hour to our loyalty system, so your points may not show up right away! Loyalty points reset every quarter!
*Please note: we will be checking all receipts, and if there are any discrepancies, receipts will be denied. Abusing this system in any way will result in an immediate ban from both the loyalty program and our online shop.
